This unique and rare train book is in Like New condition. The only issue is that there is a little water damage on the very top around the spine. But the book is not warped nor are any of the pages sticking together. I took a picture showing the dust jacket where there is a small amount of water damage. Be sure to view all 12 photos to get an accurate assessment of the condition of this rare railroad collectible. There are no markings. All of the pages are intact. There are no tears. This collectible item comes from a non-smoking germ-free home. I am a clean freak so my home has no mold, dust and no one smokes in my household. We do have, however, two cats.
