Save 100 Dollars or more rebuilding the fuser yourself vs paying someone to come and replace the fuser or buy a new fuser.  This fuser kit has been tried and tested by 100's of customers and is proven to work and work well.  In 10+ years of selling this kit no kit has been faulty or required another rebuild kit as of yet.  These kits are top notch high quality with upgraded design fuser sleeves that are superior to the original OEM sleeve.
This kit is for HP Laserjet 4100 printers that have a good fuser that heats the paper but finding the print quality to be poor due to damage to the sleeve and pressure roller.  Maybe the printer just has high print count and it is just time for the rebuild?
The way to ensure you have a print issue with the fuser is to do a "1/2 page test".  Simply set your printer to print a test page and when it grabs the paper and gets into the printer and the paper is under the toner cartridge but not out the fuser turn off the printer.  Now open the toner door remove the toner and inspect the paper under the toner.  If it looks great with no flaws then the fuser sleeve and pressure roller (rides on the other side of the sleeve) is the problem.
The fuser repair kit will not correct fusers that do not heat the paper.
THIS KIT COMES WITH A 30 DAY INSPECTION WARRANTY.  INSPECT THE PARTS UPON RECEIPT AND IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY.  UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO INSTALLATION MISTAKES AND MISUSE I CANNOT ACCEPT INSTALLED PARTS FOR THIS KIT.

We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy. The key thing with returns is make sure the part is new and can be resold as such. All material/packaging of the parts will be required to be returned. If you have an issue with a part not resolving an issue there may be something else going on and let us discuss with you prior to initiating a return.
